We are a luxury villa, and cafe/restaurant located near the Adriatic sea in a green, secluded oasis of pine trees.
Each of our three uniquely-designed and equipped modern suites is equipped with satellite TV, telephone and FREE Wireless Internet access. Each suite has a full kitchen, dining room, and balcony access to a beautiful view.
Apartments Adria is located midway between the city of Zadar, and the historic coastal town of Nin, off of road D306 (Put Nina). Villa Adria - Ulica XI br. 29, Kožino, Zadar.
In the courtyard we have swimming pool with warm water, surrounded by fragrant essential oils of local Mediterranean plants - lavender, rosemary, bay leaves, and olive trees.
Our front patio overlooks the Velebit mountains, where you can drink premium coffees and teas. Enjoy the health benefits of freshly-squeezed juices.
For gourmands and lovers of Mediterranean fare, there is a restaurant with local dishes and a special menu consisting of dishes from different parts of Croatia. Our decor is of a quaint Dalmatian konoba, with a strong agricultural and maritime influence found in the area.
We also offer rental bicycles. All around us is pine forest that connects the cities of Zadar and Nin, as well as modern bike trails that stretch for kilometers.
For adventurers and friends of nature, as well as bikers, we have outdoor camping in roomy tents with equipped showers, and food and drink from our konoba served right at your tent!
